Applications and bookings

This site describes NEO coaching and lets you apply for a Google Meet strategy call. Submitting an application or booking a consultation does not enroll you in training or charge you. Coaching space and consultation times are limited and subject to availability. Before any paid enrollment, NEO will present the applicable service agreement with the exact rates, billing, cancellation, and other required terms. These website terms do not replace that agreement or limit rights you have under California law.

Prices and coaching

The prices shown here describe current advertised options and may change for future enrollment. A coach will discuss the appropriate option and available schedule with you. Application answers are an initial fit screen, not a guarantee of acceptance or a particular appointment or coach.

Fitness, not medical care

NEO provides strength and fitness coaching, not medical care, physical therapy, or rehabilitation. This site is not medical advice or a diagnosis. If you have an injury or health condition, consult your clinician and obtain any needed clearance before training. Client stories describe those individuals’ experiences; results vary and are not guaranteed.
