In both options, you get a custom program and expert coaching. The difference is that personal training is one-on-one, while semi-private is a small, focused setting with others training at the same time-each following their own individualized plan. It’s more cost-effective, without sacrificing results.
2. Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all. Most of our clients start as beginners or are getting back into training after a long break. That’s why everyone starts with our On-Ramp-so you can learn proper form, build confidence, and train safely from day one.
3. What if I have past injuries or chronic pain?
This is exactly what we specialize in. Your program will be built with injury prevention and movement quality in mind-and we have an in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy who oversees rehab and helps address pain directly.
4. How many times a week should I train?
Most clients train 2-4x/week, depending on goals, schedule, and recovery. We’ll help you find the right frequency during your free intro and build your plan around what’s realistic-and effective-for you.
5. What kind of results can I expect?
